Agricultural Building Size Restrictions in UDO

Pointed out that UDO rules restricting accessory structures to the size of the home prevent rural residents from building adequately sized barns for livestock and farming.

Asked commissioners to modify UDO language so rural residents can build functional single-structure barns without being penalized by residential size caps.
